Please read through the following before you commission me, these terms exist to protect both my rights and yours! If there are any points you would like me to clarify, or any terms you would like me to amend for your commission, please feel free to ask!

By commissioning me in any way, you acknowledge and agree to all terms below.
❥ I, the artist, have every right to decline a commission for any reason before accepting payment, and am not required to state that reason.❥ Full or partial payment must be made upon receipt of a finalized sketch (decided on a case-by-case basis -- if only half is paid upon receipt of a sketch, the rest must be paid when we're done!). All payments must be made in USD via Paypal or Buy Me A Coffee only, unless a different payment method has been agreed upon. A screenshot must also be sent to me as proof of payment. (I also accept Steam giftcards sometimes, please ask!)❥ I, the artist, retain the right to post art I make to social media, or to display them in a physical or digital portfolio, including works-in-progress (WIPs) and timelapses. If you would prefer I don’t post a piece I’ve made for you, please let me know!❥ You may not claim my art as your own, trace or heavily reference my work (other than customs, adopts etc.that you have personally commissioned or purchased from me).❥ If a client requests a commission with an urgent deadline (within two days or less), a rush fee of 25% the commission value may be applied, depending on complexity.❥ Commercial work will always require an additional fee (or royalties) on top of the commission’s base price, as well as explicit credit. This applies to twitch emotes and layouts, as well as pngtuber sprites, business card designs, content creator icons and banners etc.❥ My signature may not be removed from a commission for any reason, unless explicit permission has been given.❥ Finished work, receipt and any bonus goodies will be sent to your email as an attachment or via a google drive link!
My Process!
STEP 01 - DISCUSSION
This is where we establish price and turnaround time, and also talk about what you'd like me to draw! This includes things like palettes and poses, backgrounds and overall vibes <3If we're working on a description-based character drawing or a custom, I may also ask you to fill out this form, so I can have as much detail as possible before we start!
This is where I send you a rough sketch so we can workshop it to suit your preference before I start!This is where you'll most likely make your payment as well, either in its entirety (usually the case for comms below $25), or just the first half..
STEP 02 - ROUGH SKETCH
STEP 03 - CHECK-INS
I will check in periodically with updates, the most important of which will generally be 1) lineart 2) flat color 3) partial shading.You can tell me beforehand when/ how often you'd like me to update you!
This is where I show you your finished product!!!! (Note: with commissions where only half has been paid, I may only show you a slightly low-resolution or watermarked version til payment is made to prevent art theft.)I'll generally email you the finished product after the initial reveal, someimes with bonus doodles or stickers!
